Announcement of the Official Website Accommodation Membership Program “PORTOM Club”
PORTOM International Hokkaido is pleased to introduce its Official Website Accommodation Membership Program, designed to make booking and staying through our official website more convenient and rewarding.
■ Program Start Date
・January 1, 2026 onward
Please note that points will be awarded only for stays newly booked on or after January 1, 2026.

■ Membership Registration
・Membership registration can be completed through the accommodation booking page on the official PORTOM International Hokkaido website.
・There is no enrollment fee or annual membership fee.
・Guests who have already registered as members on the official website are not required to register again.

■ Membership Benefits
・Members receive a 5% discount off the standard rates on accommodation plans available on the official website.
・Late check-out service is available with a complimentary one-hour extension.

■ Points Program
Registered official website members will earn points based on the amount spent on eligible stays.
・Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 JPY.
・Points are valid for one year from the date of the most recent point accrual.
・Accumulated points may be redeemed toward accommodation charges and other eligible payments.
