Heightened Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19
Efforts at Hotel Public Areas, Restaurants, and In the Guest Rooms
-Disinfectants are installed at the hotel entrance, each restaurant entrances, lobby, and elevator area, and restrooms.
-We focus on disinfecting areas that are often touched by customers; in public spaces, elevator buttons, handrails, restroom doors, telephones in the hall, etc., and in guest rooms, doorknobs, switch panels, tablets, remote controls, and writing utensils.
-For elevators, hot springs, and smoking area, we may limit the number of people who can use the facility during times of congestion.
-When using each facility in the hotel, we ask our customers to cooperate with us regarding temperature measurement and physical condition.
-Acrylic board is installed at the front counter and cashiers at each restaurants and facilities.
-Customer service staff will wear masks when on duty.
-We installed some disinfectant sprays for staffs in the restaurants and use them at any time.
-Chopsticks and hand towels provided at restaurants are changed to disposable ones.
-Knives, forks, casters, etc. will be provided for each person.
-The table after use will be disinfected at any time.
-We will strive to ensure social distance.
Efforts for Employees
-Installed some disinfectant sprays for staffs in the backspace and disinfect hands as appropriate.
-We will thoroughly disinfect kitchens and offices.
-We will refrain from going out unnecessarily and urgently and attending meetings where large group of people gathering.
To Our Customers and Patrons
-Please wear a mask and sanitize your hands whenever you are in the hotel public areas.
- At check-in, all customers are inspected for temperature and physical condition.
-Please refrain from visiting the hotel if you have a fever or are not feeling well.
-Please check your physical condition again before departure, and if you have any concerns, please contact the hotel in advance.
